• Team name, roster details, player in-game names, BGMI/player IDs or UIDs, substitute details, and match participation details.
• Manager, captain, or IGL contact details such as Discord username, email, Instagram profile, or WhatsApp number.
• Event records such as registration time, slot status, match results, screenshots, POV recordings or links, dispute evidence, and disciplinary notes.
• Basic technical data such as browser/device information, cookies or local storage used for saved registration drafts, and website interaction data where enabled.

• To process registrations, verify teams, allocate slots, and communicate event updates.
• To run matches, enforce rules, investigate fair-play issues, resolve disputes, and prevent duplicate or fake entries.
• To publish approved tournament information such as team names, rosters, standings, winners, highlights, and prize-related announcements.

We also use third-party services such as Google, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, and other event tools, which process data under their own policies.

Retention

Registration and event records are kept only as long as needed for tournament administration, dispute review, audit, prize verification, community safety, and legal or operational requirements. We may retain final standings, public results, winners, penalties, and published event content as part of the esports record.

Players who are minors should register only with parent or guardian permission where required. Team managers submitting data for other players are responsible for having permission to share those players' details with AURA X ESPORTS.

Terms of Service

By using auraxesports.in, submitting a registration, joining an event, or participating in AURA X ESPORTS community channels, you agree to these terms and the event-specific rules published for each tournament.

Eligibility And Accurate Information

You must submit accurate team, player, and contact information. If you submit data for teammates, you confirm that you have permission to share it. AURA X ESPORTS may reject, remove, or disqualify entries with incorrect, duplicate, fake, abusive, or misleading information.

Event Rules

Each tournament may have its own schedule, format, slot limit, prize pool, roster policy, match rules, POV requirements, and fair-play standards. Event admins may update operational rules when needed for integrity, safety, scheduling, or technical reasons.

Fair Play And Conduct

• Cheating, teaming, emulator use where prohibited, bug abuse, third-party unfair tools, fake identities, harassment, abusive language, or attempts to manipulate results are not allowed.
• Players may be required to provide POV recordings, screenshots, device checks, or other evidence for verification and dispute handling.
• Admins may issue warnings, point deductions, match penalties, removals, bans, or prize holds based on rule violations or integrity concerns.

Registrations, Slots, And Prizes

Registration does not guarantee approval, a slot, prize eligibility, or continued participation. Prize distribution may require identity, payment, tax, or eligibility verification where applicable. AURA X ESPORTS may withhold or cancel prizes for rule violations, unresolved disputes, fraud, or failure to provide required information.

Content And Publicity

By participating, you allow AURA X ESPORTS to use team names, player names, gameplay, match results, screenshots, standings, winner announcements, clips, streams, and event media for tournament operations, broadcasts, social media, highlights, archives, and promotion.

Third-Party Platforms

Events and communications may use Discord, Instagram, Google Forms, Google Sheets, YouTube, game platforms, payment providers, and other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. AURA X ESPORTS is not responsible for third-party outages, account actions, platform rules, or data practices.

No Warranty And Limitation Of Liability

The website, registrations, event information, and community services are provided on an as-is basis. AURA X ESPORTS is not liable for indirect losses, platform outages, internet issues, device problems, game bugs, missed communications, or schedule changes beyond reasonable control.
